I leverage my extensive background in education, marketing, software development, and process-automation to create solutions that are effective and easy to execute. I am a web designer/developer, jQuery enthusiast, SEO junkie, and CSS Ninja. I am involved with the Social Media Club of Evansville as the Technology chair member on the Steering Committee. Collaboration is the cornerstone of Find Your Wray Consulting and as the founder and principal consultant, it has been my passion and focus for long before I founded the company. From my time in the military along with working for and with several and diverse companies and organizations of all sizes and purposes, I have always enjoyed the developmental process. Putting together the research, tools, resources, structure and strategies of a project, business or event is my forte and focus. My creative process and ‘out-of-the-box’ approach has afforded me many opportunities to partner with a great number and diverse collection of clients and projects on a wide range of topics, subjects and purposes. I'm a 30 year old, Southern Indiana native, who spends my free time learning new media marketing techniques. I can usually be found updating my network of a dozen websites, playing in my garage, or spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter.

I work as a consultant and trainer in the domain of organizational psychology. I help leaders to understand the impact of their organizational culture on the vision and values of their organization. With this in mind, we create a strategic plan to intentionally transform the culture to be better aligned.
